Venice Ocean Front Condo: Venice Ocean Front Condo is the sister property to Casa Karmina and is an absolutely gorgeous ocean front rental. We work together on finding the best accommodations for our guests.
Tower Unit: The Tower Unit is our "overflow" rental unit at Casa Karmina. It is a very special and unique rental, with 2 lofts, skylights, a tower with window seats and cathedral windows, kitchenette, custom bathroom and more. Decorated in red and white, the views will astound you. The Tower Unit opens up on to the roof deck, where you will find the 6 person hot tub, BBQ, hammock and lounging area.

Venice Beach House Bed & Breakfast: The Venice Beach House is one of the jewels of Venice Beach! It has been classified as an historical monument. Each room is differently decorated and extraordinarily beautiful. The manager is a very special man named Brian Gannon. This B&B is just across the street from Casa Karmina, and if you need to arrive prior to Casa Karmina's availability, it's a good option. Also, if you need to stay there one or two nights before or after your stay here at Casa Karmina, you are welcome to come on over here and use any of the facilities, i.e. hot tub or BBQ.
The Inn at Venice Beach: The Inn at Venice Beach is just a two block very short walk from Casa Karmina and Venice Beach. If you need additional space, or if your dates don't quite match Casa Karmina's availability, it's the best option. It's a small hotel/motel and they do a really nice job decorating and maintaining it!
Hotel Erwin (formerly Marina Pacific/Best Western): This hotel is in central Venice. It's a fun location, but you must be very careful at night as it can be a somewhat dangerous area at night. One of the best things about this hotel is its roof deck lounge. The view is 360 degrees and just amazing!! It's a 8-10 minute walk along the beach, north of Casa Karmina!
